Terms of service

TopOnMaps (“we”) helps Indian businesses with their Google Business Profile and how they appear in AI assistants. Our address is Address to be added.

These terms apply when you use this website, its free tools and free check, and when you buy any of our services. By using the site or paying us, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or our services.

The free tools and the free audit give you information about your Google Business Profile, based on what Google shows publicly and on what AI assistants say at the time of the check.

• They are for information only. They aren't professional advice and we don't guarantee they are complete or correct.
• Results can change from day to day, because Google and AI assistants change what they show.
• Please use them fairly. Don't try to overload them, copy them in bulk or use them for anything unlawful. We may limit or stop access if they are misused.

How we handle the details you give us is explained in our privacy policy.

We offer two kinds of paid work:

• Monthly plans: Starter (₹4,999 a month), Growth (₹9,999 a month), AI Visibility Pro (₹19,999 a month), and Multi-location (₹3,500 per branch a month). We do the work listed for your plan each month.
• One-time work: Fix-it (₹2,999 to ₹4,999 one time) and Setup (₹7,999 one time). We agree the exact job with you before we start.

What each plan includes is listed on our pricing page. If we agree something different with you in writing (for example on WhatsApp or email), that agreement applies to you.

We work to improve how your business shows up, but Google and AI assistants decide what they show, and we don't control them. So we can't and don't guarantee:

• any particular position on Google Maps or in Google Search
• that ChatGPT, Gemini or any other AI assistant will recommend you
• a number of calls, visits, reviews or customers
• that Google will approve a verification, appeal or edit

Anyone who promises a guaranteed ranking is promising something they can't control. We'll always tell you honestly what we did and what changed.

For us to do the work, you agree to:

• give us accurate business details (name, address, phone number, hours, services) and tell us when they change
• give us manager access to your Google Business Profile, so we never need your Google password
• send real photos of your business, your work and your team, which you have the right to use
• follow Google's rules for business profiles: no fake reviews, no paying or rewarding customers for reviews, and no stuffing extra words into your business name
• reply to our questions in reasonable time

If something goes wrong because the details you gave us were wrong, or because of something you did on the profile yourself, we aren't responsible for it.

Your Google Business Profile is always yours. You stay its owner and we only ever ask to be added as a manager. When you stop working with us, you can remove our access at any time, and we'll remove ourselves if you ask.

Posts, photos and replies we publish on your profile stay on your profile after you leave. Website pages we write for you under a paid plan are yours to keep once they've been paid for.

• All prices are in Indian rupees and don't include GST, which is added to your invoice.
• Monthly plans are paid in advance, at the start of each month of work.
• One-time work is paid before we start, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
• Month to month. No long contracts.
• Pay for 12 months upfront and get 2 months free.
• Setup is free when you pay for 6 months upfront.

If a payment is late, we may pause the work until it's paid. We may change our prices, but we'll tell you at least 30 days before a new price applies to you, and prepaid months keep the price you paid.

Monthly plans run month to month. You can cancel at any time by telling us on WhatsApp or by email. The work continues until the end of the month you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again. We don't refund part of a month that has started.

If you paid for several months upfront and cancel early, we'll refund the full months that haven't started, after taking off the value of any discount or free setup you received for paying upfront.

One-time work can't be refunded once we've started it. We may also stop working with you, with notice, if these terms are broken; you then pay only for work already done.

Google sometimes suspends or restricts profiles, often without giving a clear reason, and sometimes because of things that happened before we started working with you. If this happens to your profile:

• we'll tell you as soon as we notice
• we'll explain what we think caused it and help you appeal, and agree any extra cost with you before we start
• we can't promise Google will reinstate the profile, or how long it will take

While a profile is suspended, we'll agree with you whether to pause the plan.

We do our work with reasonable care and skill. If we get something wrong, tell us and we'll put it right first.

If you still suffer a loss because of our work, the most we'll be responsible for is the total fees you paid us in the 3 months before the problem happened. We aren't responsible for lost profits, lost business or other indirect losses, or for what Google, AI assistants or other platforms decide to do.

Nothing in these terms limits responsibility that can't be limited under Indian law, such as for fraud.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If we disagree about something, we'll first try to sort it out by talking. If that doesn't work, the courts of India will decide.

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll change the date at the top of this page, and for important changes that affect paying clients, we'll tell you before they apply.
