How to list your restaurant on Zomato

Updated 3 Oct 2026 by TopOnMaps team

Quick answer

Go to Zomato's Partner with us page or the Zomato Restaurant Partner app and start a new registration. Keep your PAN, FSSAI licence, GST number (if you have one), bank details, menu and a food photo ready. Zomato says it takes about 10 minutes to fill in. Delivery partners pay commission, and Zomato's page also mentions a one-time onboarding fee, so read the terms shown during sign-up before you agree.

Who should list on Zomato

  • Restaurants, cloud kitchens, cafes, bakeries and sweet shops that want delivery orders or diners finding them on Zomato.

You can skip it if

  • You don't have an FSSAI licence yet. Get that first; Zomato asks for it during registration.
  • Your margins can't absorb commission on delivery orders. Work out the numbers before signing up.

Free or paid?

  • What's free

Diners may already see your restaurant on Zomato if someone added it. Registering as a partner gives you control of it.

  • What's paid

Zomato charges commission on orders, and its partner page mentions a one-time onboarding fee and launch offers for new partners. Amounts aren't shown publicly, so confirm them during sign-up. Ads on Zomato are a separate paid service.

How to list on Zomato

  1. Gather your documents

PAN card, FSSAI licence, GST number if applicable, bank account details, your menu, and a good photo of a dish for your profile.

  2. Start a new partner registration

Use the Partner with us page on zomato.com or the Zomato Restaurant Partner app. Sign in with the phone number you'll use to run the restaurant.

  3. Enter restaurant details

Add your restaurant name, address, location pin, contact number and timings. Copy them from your Google profile.

  4. Upload documents and menu

Upload PAN, FSSAI and GST details, bank details and your menu with prices.

  5. Review terms and submit

Check the commission, onboarding fee and payout terms on screen before you accept. Track your application in the partner app.

How verification works

  • Zomato checks your documents, especially the FSSAI licence, before you can take orders.
  • Zomato's partner terms require you to share PAN, GSTIN, FSSAI and similar documents, and say it can delist partners who don't.

Keep it matching your Google profile

  • Use the same restaurant name as on Google and your signboard. If you run several brands from one kitchen, keep each brand's name consistent everywhere.
  • Set the Zomato pin on your actual entrance. Delivery partners rely on it.
  • Use the same outlet phone number on Zomato and Google, and the same hours, including weekly offs.

Common problems

  • Restaurant already on Zomato with wrong details

This is common for older places. Register as the partner for that outlet so you can correct it, instead of adding a second listing.

  • FSSAI name doesn't match

If the FSSAI licence is in a different business name or address, sort that out first. Zomato offers an FSSAI help service, but you're responsible for the licence.

Should I list on both Zomato and Swiggy?

Many restaurants do. Just keep the name, address, menu and hours the same on both and on Google.

Is your Google profile right?

Directory listings work best when they copy a correct Google profile. Get a free audit of your listing and see what to fix first.
